Topics include: engaging the client, listening to the client, educating and informing the client, empathizing wiht the client's situation, explaining decisions, options and strategies to the client, and more. A discussion on how the lessons learned from each of the exercises/games can be used to better communicate with your clients and keep you in compliance with Rule 1.4 is also included.
