Lisa joined the School of Law in November 2006. Previously, she worked in the School of Law Career Services Center, the Department of Agribusiness Economics in the College of Agricultural Sciences, and the Office of the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from SIUC in 1992.
Lisa is responsible for processing current year applications from their inception to their completion and then to the Admissions Committee for review; generating all letters of decisions and subsequent information to applicants. She advises and counsels prospective students and applicants on the financial aid process as well as serving as financial aid liaison for all law students. Lisa processes in-state residency applications, requests for budget increases and provides emergency short-term loans and assists in the processing of scholarships for entering and current law students.
She is also the Assistant for both the M.L.S. (Master of Legal Studies) and LL.M. (Master of Laws) programs.
