Why did you go into law teaching?
I loved law school, and I very much enjoyed practicing law as an Army JAG officer. My final assignment in the Army was as an associate professor in the Criminal Law Department of the Judge Advocate General's School in Charlottesville, Virginia. I taught evidence and military criminal procedure to brand-new JAG officers, foreign military officers, LLM students and military judges. I fell in love with teaching and decided I wanted to continue on that career path.
