ANGELA UPCHURCH, PROFESSOR OF LAW
Professor Angela Upchurch’s recent research has reflected on the lessons that can be learned from the COVID-19 pandemic. Her upcoming article examines how family courts across the country resolved contested custody modification proceedings during the pandemic.
The COVID-19 pandemic also impacted legal education. Professor Upchurch presented some of the classroom strategies she employed during the pandemic to a national audience of legal educators at the AALS Section on Technology, Law, and Legal Education Webinar Series.
