GRADES

All course grades are to be submitted to the Office of the Registrar at the SIU Simmons Law School for all courses taken at Simmons Law School three weeks from the date of the scheduled examination or the due date of the last graded exercise or activity in the course, or from the last date of final exams as scheduled by the Registrar for Lawyering Skills I: Legal Writing and Lawyering Skills II: Legal Writing. If the due date should fall during an administrative closure, grades will be due on the next business day.  For summer courses, grades must be submitted no later than two weeks from the date a final was given or two weeks from the due date of the last graded exercise or activity in the course, whichever is earlier.

Final LAW course grades are posted in SalukiNet by the Simmons Law School Registrar's Office. 

The posting of LAW grades by the Simmons Law School Registrar’s Office will not begin until after the University has completed the posting and processing of the UG (Undergraduate) and GR (Graduate) grades for the semester. 

The Simmons Law School Registrar’s Office will not post LAW grades until after the submitted grades have been verified as meeting the mean and distribution requirements where applicable, or a deviation has been approved by the Associate Dean. 

LAW grades are not posted during a University Holiday/Administrative Closure period.
