As part of the graduation application fee, an original diploma will be prepared for each graduate.
Please note: Law graduates do not receive their diploma at the Commencement ceremony. Diplomas are mailed to the law graduate after all processes have been completed for the end of term.
Graduates may request additional copies of their diploma for an additional charge. Any such additional copies are considered "reprints."
In order to request a re-print of your diploma, download the Request for Diploma Re-print form and fill out all necessary information. Then mail or deliver the completed request form, along with a check or money order made payable to SIU Simmons Law School, to the address at the bottom of the form.
Re-printed copies of your diploma will cost $25 each.
You will be required to enter your Student ID/DAWG Tag number on the request form.
