SCALE

Simmons Continuing Applied Legal Education (SCALE) provides students with ongoing training in important professional skills and responsibilities that extend beyond the traditional classroom. SCALE programming includes practical training designed to prepare students for the expectations of legal practice, as well as required or recommended training on topics identified by the American Bar Association and the legal profession.

 

SCALE also introduces students to an important part of life as a practicing attorney, continuing legal education (CLE). Just as licensed attorneys are expected to continue developing their professional knowledge and skills throughout their careers, Simmons students will participate in SCALE programming beyond the classroom and throughout law school. Professional development and legal training does not end with graduation. It is a continuing responsibility of being a lawyer.
