Currently a Visiting Professor of Law at Simmons, Professor Webber teaches contracts, agency and partnerships, business organizations, and transactional skills. A retired real estate finance and development attorney, he started his career as a litigator, trying numerous jury and bench trials and prosecuting appeals on matters of substantial import. Town of Knightstown, 838 N.E.2d 1127 (Ind. Ct. App. 2005) (case of first impression), trans. den., 860 N.E.2d 585 (Ind. 2006). His public service also includes serving as an administrative law judge.
Professor Webber’s scholarship recently appeared in the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal and will appear in upcoming issues of the Albany Law Review and the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business.
At Simmons Law School, Professor Webber specializes in the commercial law arena.
